Warranty
All products sold carry the original manufacturers warranty. Depot warranty service is available from OMI but may take time to complete. Return requests are accepted in the first 20 days following invoice date (rma policy.pdf). Products must remain factory sealed and unopened to qualify for a return for credit. No opened box products are eligible for return. Special orders and non-stocking items are not eligible for return. Please be sure to discuss special orders with your OMI representative prior to placing your order.
RMA
RMA's are arranged with your sales rep once the RMA form (pdf) has been completed and accepted by OMI. RMA's are handled quickly, keeping your interests in mind.
